Progression
When you have achieved your Assessor qualification, you could progress to Internal Quality Assurance. We offer two IQA qualifications.
What is an IQA Qualification?
An IQA Qualification formally trains individuals to carry out internal quality assurance of assessment processes and decisions. It’s essential for centres delivering NVQs, apprenticeships, and vocational training programmes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and regulatory compliance within vocational education and training.
You’ll learn how to:
-
Monitor and support assessors
-
Maintain assessment quality and integrity
-
Manage sampling plans and IQA documentation
-
Ensure learner outcomes meet awarding body standards
