COMING SOON: DET - Level 5 Diploma in Teaching (Further Education and Skills)

The Level 5 Diploma in Teaching (DIT) is a comprehensive course that equips educators with contemporary skills and knowledge necessary for teaching in colleges, adult education, offender education, work-based learning, and independent training organisations.

This qualification replaces the previous Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training. It provides subject-specific teaching strategies, digital competencies, and the ability to create inclusive learning environments.

The Level 5 Diploma in Teaching combines online learning with practical application. Candidates need to be working within a recognised education organisation, where learners are 14 years old and above. This will allow you to apply your learning in within your role.

You could also find a placement at an educational organisation where they will allow you to teach and complete your qualification whilst on your placement. You can use two different placements if you want to.
