Centre Manager
Tracy is our centre manager. With over 22 years’ experience in the education sector, she is a qualified and experienced Lead IQA, trainer and assessor. She is skilled in curriculum development, online course design, and the delivery, assessment, and quality assurance of professional qualifications.
Drawing on her extensive experience and professional qualifications, along with Ruth Lowbridge, she has successfully established this online training centre specialising in Teacher, Assessor, and IQA qualifications for both individual learners and corporate clients.
These accomplishments in supporting professional development have resulted in the design and delivery of high-quality, flexible training programmes tailored to diverse organisational and learner needs. Tracy’s work, whether that be teaching, assessing, carrying out IQA monitoring or managing the centre reflects a strong commitment to excellence and innovation in online teaching and learning.
Ruth Lowbridge


Quality Manager
Ruth is our highly experienced Quality Manager, bringing over 23 years of expertise in the vocational training sector. As a qualified and accomplished Trainer, Assessor, and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), she plays a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance across all aspects of our operations.
Ruth is responsible for monitoring our training and assessment processes, ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. She provides ongoing support and guidance to assessors and members of the IQA team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Known for her diligence and unwavering commitment, Ruth is deeply passionate about the professional growth of our trainees and staff. Her dedication to developing outstanding professionals in teaching, assessing, and quality assurance reflects her belief in education as a transformative force for both individuals and organisations.
Jacky Logsdale


IQA
Jacky is a highly qualified IQA with extensive experience across the adult education sector. She brings a wealth of expertise in quality assurance, with a strong track record of maintaining and enhancing the quality, consistency, and integrity of teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
With a career spanning a diverse range of educational settings, in the further education sector, Jacky has held a variety of roles including assessor, tutor, coach, trainer, quality assurer, and quality improvement lead, She brings this breadth of experience to Otaquas Training along with her well-rounded and informed perspective to quality assurance, ensuring our programmes are delivered reliably, fairly, and in full alignment with awarding organisation requirements and regulatory frameworks.
As IQA, Jacky is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and supporting high standards of our programme delivery to ensure expectations are consistently met and exceeded. Committed to excellence, she ensures every programme is compliant, trainee-centred, and delivers consistently high-quality learning experiences.
Javi Gonzalez


Technical & Finance Manager
Javier is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in administration, finance, and account management. He plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Otaquas Training’s systems and processes, combining technical expertise with exceptional organisational skills.
As the organisation’s primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the website and online learning platform, Javier ensures that systems run efficiently and reliably. He provides prompt and effective support, resolving technical issues with professionalism and care, and ensuring our trainees and colleagues feel confident and supported.
Javier also oversees course payment transactions, ensuring they are processed securely and seamlessly, giving clients complete peace of mind. Known for his approachable and supportive nature, he is a true people person who consistently goes above and beyond to deliver a streamlined, user-friendly learning experience.
